Our Farmers Market Guide, Easter Egg Hunts, Earth Day Events

Plus, a boot scootin' night of line dancing at a local winery | A preview of the weekend ahead and things to do in Fairfax County

Hey gang, Matt here!

One of the top goals of Out & About Fairfax is help our neighbors engage with our local communities across Fairfax County. To shop locally, attend local events, and to help you go — shall we say it? — Out & About, whether that’s in your local community or perhaps to explore a city in the area where you’ve never visited.

That’s why this week, we’ve pulled together our comprehensive list of farmers markets across Fairfax County. From Reston to Fairfax, Falls Church to Alexandria, and everywhere in between, our “2025 Out & About Fairfax Farmers Market Guide” will help you find the freshest produce, tastiest treats, and locally made items around.

As a newsletter subscriber, we’ve sent you the guide directly to your inbox in this week’s edition. You can read the full guide to find a market near you, learn more details such as market offerings, find specialty items for sale at each market, see closing dates for the season, and more.

We hope you find this guide to be useful as we kick off the 2025 farmers market season.
