Hey gang, Matt here with the return of a fan favorite for the year ahead!
In 2025, we thought it would be great for our readers to have a one-stop shop for all of the local farmers markets around our area. We love a good farmers market, and we know so many of you do, too. From the year-rounds to the seasonals, and everything in between, each market is unique.
Thank to you, our readers, our first-ever 2025 Farmers Market Guide was a huge success.
That’s why this year, we are back with the 2026 Out & About Fairfax Farmers Market Guide!
In this year’s edition, we feature three new markets throughout the area — in Reston, McLean, and Oakton. We also say goodbye to the FreshFarm Oakton market and the seasonal market hosted by the nZone in Chantilly.

Below, you will find market offerings, specialty items for sale at each market, closing dates for the season, and more. From Reston to Falls Church, Clifton to Fairfax, and McLean to Lorton, there’s a market in just about every corner of Fairfax County.
We hope you find this guide to be useful as we kick off the 2026 farmers market season. If we missed a farmers market in Fairfax County that you think should be included, please email us — [email protected].
